I've trained in many modalities such as Swedish, Sports, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology & Russian...but what I really love to do is a combination of Swedish along with some of the modalities listed above-some Lomi Lomi maneuvers, some Russian moves, Sports massage stretches/range of motion actions, I'll even integrate Rolfing if my client is comfortable with it...basically I'll do whatever it takes to get you relaxed & satisfied with your bodywork experience. I do all the work that it takes to make you feel great, you just lie back & relax.
